If a freight broker or dispatcher sent you a text message asking you to accept a tracking request, open that link on your phone.

1. Open the text messageTap the secure NorthStar tracking link sent for your load.

2. Use your phoneOpen the link in Chrome or Safari—not on a tablet or desktop computer.

3. Allow location accessApprove the browser’s location request, then tap Start Tracking.

4. You stay in controlLocation sharing is only for the load and can be stopped after delivery.
