NorthStar Tracking Privacy Notice

NorthStar collects registration details, business identifiers, verification documents, account activity, and consent-based driver location updates to provide and secure freight-tracking services.

Location sharing begins only after the driver approves the browser’s location request. Tracking records are visible only to authorized users associated with the shipment and NorthStar administrators.

NorthStar does not sell driver location information. Registration and tracking data may be retained for operations, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
