NorthStar Tracking Terms of Use

By creating an account, you confirm that the information and documents you submit are accurate and that you are authorized to act for the named company.

NorthStar may review, approve, deny, suspend, or close accounts to protect customers, carriers, drivers, and shipment information. Users may access tracking information only for legitimate freight operations they are authorized to manage.

Drivers must knowingly consent before GPS sharing begins and may stop sharing from the tracking page. Users may not misuse tracking links, submit false locations, or access another company’s records.

These terms should be reviewed by NorthStar’s legal counsel before the service is opened broadly to outside companies.
